Media Accreditation Request Form

We wish to welcome you  to the ASA media accreditation page and thank you for your interest in covering our events.

As from 1st January , 2026 our Association will be requiring all media personnel wishing to cover any of our events to be fully accredited. This move is intended to ensure that we know whom we have around our pools and around our athletes, and provide a better experience to all media representatives covering such events.

Please read the following which should better prepare you of what is expected of media representatives at our pool and of the application process itself.

Guidelines

From 1st January, 2026 only accredited media representatives can get access to premises where ASA organised events are taking place. Accredited media is to carry their accreditation card at all times whilst at ASA events which card needs to be shown when so requested.

HIGH VISIBILITY or Coloured bibs / vests need to be worn at all times by Photographers and Camerapersons whilst covering our events.  This vest will be provided on approval of your application.
Accredited media is expected to abide by all instructions issued by the ASA officials assigned to the event.

Unless a specific location is indicated to them, photographers, cameraperons and content creators for social media may move around the premises freely whilst ensuring that they cause no disturbance to the event or other media members.
